I don't care what you think, you can't stop me and you're just going to have to deal with whatever people say. I can deal with it, so why can't you? )

After her seventh year at Hogwarts (or what there had been of it, anyway), Alison Mallory was recruited to play the position of Beater for the Appleby Arrows in Northern England as the Quidditch League tried to pull together in an attempt to normalize life after the war as quickly as possible. She had a hard first year, as did many Quidditch players who'd lost loved ones, spending any time not at practice with the Weasleys, trying to help George - and, concurrently, herself - to deal with the death of Fred during the Battle of Hogwarts.

Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, which had been closed for a number of months following Fred's death, re-opened with the help of Ron and Alison, when she could manage; both worked with George to keep the shop running, and business resumed as people sought ways to bring normalcy back into their lives. As Diagon Alley recovered around the small shop, sales skyrocketed, and the business became steadily successful. Approximately a year and a half after the end of the war, George proposed and Alison accepted; they were married in August the next year. She continued to play for the Arrows until she became pregnant with their first (and so far only) child, Frederick Johnathan Weasley, born on February 22, 2010. He is the youngest so far (12 in late 2022) of the extended Weasley clan, though George has been recently hinting that more children might be nice. Alison resumed her involvement with professional Quidditch through coaching when Fred was about nine, leaving him alternately in the care of his Weasley grandparents, George when the shop wasn't busy or closed, or Harry and Ginny Potter, whose three children got along well with their cousin. She has become rather close with Ginny, who first played as a rival on the Holyhead Harpies, before having children of her own and becoming the Senior Quidditch correspondent for the Daily Prophet. She's also stayed in touch with her good friend Ora Yang even though her friend spends most of her time in China, and Fred, Delphina, and Scorpius have met a number of times during their mothers' visits.

The fact that after the battle, Fred had materialized within the Hogwarts castle as a ghost seemed to help dealing with the grief over his death immensely. Though it slowed the process of accepting his death somewhat, both Alison and George have professed that they are glad that Fred isn't truly gone. They have been to the castle a number of times to visit him, including just after Fred (Jr.) was born, to share their son with his uncle, as best they could. George also consults with his brother occasionally on new joke merchandise.

[OOC: Let me know if anything concerning Ora should be fixed! <3 I'm kind of assuming Alison's never been to China, but that may not necessarily have been the case? If she has, though, Fred probably hasn't.]

Harry Potter (Auror) & Ginny Weasley (Senior Quidditch correspondent, Daily Prophet)
-------------
James Potter (17) - Gryffindor
Hair: Reddish brown (more brown than red)
Eyes: Brown

James takes after the original James Potter quite a bit - well-liked, a bit of a showoff; he's built like a rugby player and plays Keeper for the Gryffindor Quidditch team. James loves telling Alby things that aren't true because his brother is trusting enough to believe him, and he's also fond of "protecting" Lily, especially from prospective boyfriends, though she protests she doesn't need his help. Good at Transfiguration and Arithmancy, bad at Potions and Herbology.

Albus Potter (15) - Slytherin
Hair: Black
Eyes: Green

(See profile for details.)

Lily Potter (13) - Gryffindor
Hair: Red
Eyes: Green

Much like her mother, Lily is not afraid to speak her mind. She is rather pretty, but hasn't yet begun dating the large number of boys that seem to hopefully follow her around. She's very fond of Albus, and seems to have appointed herself his mother in their real mother's absence. Good at Astronomy, Charms, and Divination, bad at History of Magic and Potions.

Ron Weasley (Auror) & Hermione Granger (Department of Magical Law Enforcement)
--------------
Rose Weasley (15) - Ravenclaw
Hair: Reddish brown (more red than brown)
Eyes: Blue

Rose takes after her mother in nearly every way except her height (she's rather tall for her age, which she likely gets from Ron); she prefers studying to most other pastimes and can usually be found in the library. She's usually the voice of reason, but can come off a bit bossy. Head of the class, enjoys Ancient Runes, Muggle Studies, and Arithmancy, bad at Divination and Care of Magical Creatures.

Hugo Weasley (13) - Gryffindor
Hair: Reddish brown (more red than brown)
Eyes: Brown

Hugo has a quick temper but isn't hard to calm down; he tends to stick with his own years in an attempt to find himself and not fall under his sister's academic shadow. He rarely talks to Rose, Albus, or James, but is good friends with Lily. He is best at DADA and Charms, bad at Arithmancy and History of Magic.

George Weasley (Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes) & Alison Mallory (Coach (prev. Beater), Appleby Arrows)
---------------
Fred Weasley (12) - Gryffindor
Hair: Light reddish blonde
Eyes: Green

Fred is very much the baby of his large extended family and he rather enjoys it, as it gives him a certain amount of immunity from getting into trouble. He's rather good at sneaking about, and though he's likely broken a number of school rules he's rarely been caught for it. He wants to play Chaser for the house Quidditch team, and loves to try out his father's new joke shop merchandise on anyone who'll sit still long enough to become a victim. While not directly related, he knows Scorpius Malfoy relatively well through their mothers' close friendship. Best at Charms, Transfiguration, and DADA, bad at Herbology and Astronomy.

Name: Albus Severus Potter
Birthday: June 1, 2006
Height: 5'6" (171cm)
Weight: 139lbs (63kg)
Hair: Black, flyaway, perpetually messy
Eyes: Brilliant green, like his father's
Other: Fair-skinned and freckled, which he gets from his mother

House: Slytherin
Year: Fifth
Wand: Phoenix feather and hornbeam, 13 inches
O.W.L.s: Potions, Charms, DADA, Astronomy, Herbology, Muggle Studies, Transfiguration; he's currently taking but likely to do poorly in Arithmancy and History of Magic

Siblings at Hogwarts: James Potter (Gryffindor, seventh year) and Lily Potter (Gryffindor, third year)
Cousins at Hogwarts: Rose Weasley (Ravenclaw, fifth year) and Hugo Weasley (Gryffindor, third year), children of Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger; Fred Weasley (Gryffindor, second year), son of George Weasley and Alison Mallory

Albus Severus Potter is the middle child out of three; his brother, James, is two years older and in his seventh year at Hogwarts, and his sister, Lily, is two years younger and in her third year. James and Lily are both Gryffindors, and Albus has always felt a bit of the odd one out over having been sorted into Slytherin. This is a feeling he's never really expressed to anyone, though it can probably be guessed simply given his family members and history. He is, at first glance, nearly a carbon-copy of his father, with flyaway hair and bright green eyes; though his lack of a scar and glasses, as well as the addition of a fair sprinkling of freckles across his nose that speak to the Weasley side of his family, set him apart from the legendary Harry Potter. While he gets along well with his family, he is not particularly closer to any one relative over another. He rather likes his grandparents, and loves spending time at the Burrow not only because he gets to see them, but because the house is big enough that he can steal away and have some time to himself without being noticed.

While Alby (as he is often called - he tried to go by Albus but it just didn't stick, especially after the first time James called him Alby in front of any fellow students) has no problem speaking his mind, and often does, he lacks a certain amount of tact and tends to be blunt, though never harsh. His boisterous personality cannot totally mask the fact that he is a truly gentle person, treating every unfairness in life as though it were a personal fault of his own. He is all at once naiive and observant, which tends to confuse people who don't know him well and he can state the most astute observations in the most childish of ways. Among people that don't know him, both his personality and his stature (a bit on the small and short side of average) tend to get him mistaken for someone a year or two younger than he actually is. He's hit a bit of a growth spurt over the last few months, though it's more of a crawl than a spurt in his opinion - he will likely grow a few more inches over the next two years, but he probably won't top 5'10" or so.

His strong suits are things like flying, Quidditch, Potions, and Astronomy (oddly enough); he's never been very good with numbers or dates, and loathes Arithmancy and History of Magic, though he's determined to pass his classes this year even if he believes he has no hope of getting O.W.L.s in them. He's quite adept at Charms, but a little less so at Transfiguration, and while he's all right at Herbology, it only interests him somewhat. He's given absolutely no thought to what he wants to do with himself after Hogwarts, as that seems hazy and far away and nothing he could possibly imagine at the current time. He is not currently on his house team, though he's thought about trying out - he's a fair flyer and prefers to play Chaser.
